Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange any items you have ordered, please observe the following guidelines or contact our customer service team.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item purchased from KORNIS, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must provide a clear statement of withdrawal. Return shipping costs (postage, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an exchange, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge.

A return can only be accepted if the item is sent back in its original condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.

The returned or exchanged item must be accompanied by the original invoice and all included accessories.

Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if the item is incomplete, soiled, or damaged.
