This offer is valid for all orders with standard shipping to addresses in Germany. From an order value of 150,00 €, the shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your order if you have selected the "Standard Shipping" shipping option.
Free shipping on orders over 250,00 € (Europe).
Free shipping on orders over 300,00 € (World).

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
Standard: Delivery within three working days after dispatch (DE).
Standard: Delivery within five working days of dispatch (Europe).
Standard: Delivery within ten working days after dispatch (World).
Express: Delivery within one working day after dispatch.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays do not count as working days.
(1) All shipping options are shipped via DHL. Please provide a delivery address where you can be reached at the time of delivery. A confirmation of receipt upon receipt of the delivery is required.
(2) Express orders will be processed as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
(3) Delivery dates are also dependent on the availability of the products and payment processing.
(4) When estimating the delivery date of your order, please take into account the time required to process the order, process the credit card payment and verify the delivery address.
Exchanges and Returns
If you would like to return or exchange an item you have ordered, please follow the guidelines below or contact customer service.
(1) If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from KORNIS, you may return it to us for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. You must be able to clearly explain your revocation. Return costs (postage, etc.) are to be borne by the customer himself. If the goods are exchanged, we will then send you the new delivery free of charge.
(2) A correct return can only be accepted if the goods are returned in their original condition. The item in question must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition.
(3) The returned or exchanged goods must be accompanied by the original invoice and all accessories.
(4) No exchange or refund can be made if the goods are returned incomplete, soiled or damaged.
